This is so cute, I just love all the details here, it's so cute! I especially love the curled almost "Tim Burton" esque antlers!
I really love your fur details here and the shading just AMAZING!
Now from a technical standpoint a few things stand out to me. (Google image link for reference)

If we start with the body as the base for your deer, you can see that the legs are far too long and the head and neck too small. A Reindeer is a thick and powerful animal, like an elk or moose. The neck is very thick and muscled and the head is long ending with a thick fuzzy moose-like muzzle (but I do like your nose and know it was purposefully Rouldolph and not simply "the wrong sort of nose for this animal")
This is another google image, it shows a shedding phase which is rather ugly but shows the legs very well, esp bending like you have here

I like the legs, I just think they are slightly too long for the body. The hooves seem a bit too rounded, the are more like two sloping triangles per foot, and they have some nice fluff there too that would be fun to add!
The puppy is ADORABLE, I love the folds of skin on him The one thing I would point out is that he has a lot of hints of motion that don't seem to translate to the deer as well, while the deer is obviously walking I feel that if it's kneew were raised higher it would be more evident it was going at a quick trot or even a run.
I'll shut up now, I hope this helps!
