...This is creepy. But in a good way! Love all the blue shading, adds to the creepy feel of the picture.
It looks to me like Old Lady was sitting there in that chair in front of the window waiting for somebody... for so long... that she died.

OKAY THAT'S PRETTY DARN AMAZING.

Hmmm. . . I think that the lady in the picture, as a young girl, didn't have many friends. She saw ghosts that became her only true friends, and they all lived in that big room where they were all murdered. (spoooooky~) The lady told them she'd find out who had killed them, but the closer she got to figuring it out she became paranoid that the killer would find her. She locked herself in the room, only to grow old and eventually die. Her family found the body blah, blah, blah, and now her spirit haunts the place, just like the other ghosts.
Wow, uh. . . feel free to use that if you make her a character.

I was thinking something far less complex. I figured she just died and everything became silent, unless you really listeened. Or something. XD
